取引先銀行が海外送金に不慣れで、何かミスをしたものと思います。
送金し直すと、銀行手数料がまた発生してしまいますし、多分この銀行はまたミス
を犯すかも知れません。

I think the account information you provided is correct and our bank made some errors because they were not used to overseas bank transfers.
We could try again but they would charge the fee again and there is no guarantee that they won't make another mistake again.

I think the account information you gave me was correct, and our main back has made some procedural mistake because they are not familiar with overseas remittance.
If I am going to request them for attempting the remittance again, they charge me for their service again, and I think they might make a mistake again.
In view of above, please send your invoice to my PayPal account including the service charges of the PayPal etc. I will make immediate payment. I am sorry for taking your time, but thank you for your cooperation.

Or the bank is asking you to change the way to remit to your bank account.
Probably the bank account information you gave me is the correct one I think.
However, I think the bank is not accustomed to remitting to abroad bank account, maybe the bank did something to mistake.
To remit to your bank account again will cost you service charge of the bank.
