③保管期限満了の返品
イギリスの配送業者は不在通知書を入れないことが多いようです。
その為、保管期限満了の返品が多々あります。
改善策として、定期的に追跡番号で配送状況をチェックして保管中の商品が
あった場合はバイヤーへ連絡して、返品、クレームの減少を試みます。
④FBA
近いうちに売れ筋をFBAへ導入して、バイヤーへ一日でも早いお届けを目指します。

Because of this many packages are returned unclaimed.
As a countermeasure, I will check the delivery status periodically by the tracking number, and if the package is being held, I will contact the buyer in order to reduce the quantity of complaints.

Soon I will introduce best sellers to FBA so that they will be delivered to buyers as soon as possible.
