③保管期限満了の返品
イギリスの配送業者は不在通知書を入れないことが多いようです。
その為、保管期限満了の返品が多々あります。
改善策として、定期的に追跡番号で配送状況をチェックして保管中の商品が
あった場合はバイヤーへ連絡して、返品、クレームの減少を試みます。
④FBA
近いうちに売れ筋をFBAへ導入して、バイヤーへ一日でも早いお届けを目指します。

3) Returns due to exceeding holding period
It appears that carriers in England often do not leave an absence notice.
There are many returned packages because of this.
To address this issue, I will periodically check the delivery status using a tracking number and contact the buyer if a package is on hold to reduce the number of returned packages and complaints.
4) FBA
I will use FBA for the best-selling items in the near future so that I can deliver the items to the buyers faster.
