規定の配送予定スケジュールは、2月6日～ 2月12日です。
到着予定から、1ヶ月を過ぎていますが、まだ商品は到着していません。
国際郵便とはいえ、1ヶ月以上の充分な時間、到着を待ちました。まだ荷物が届かないということは、何か問題が起きた可能性が高いです。
再送、もしくは、返金のご対応をお願いします。
The stated delivery date is between Feb. 6th and Feb. 12th.
However, it has been a month since the scheduled delivery date and I still have not received the package yet.
I understand it is an international shipping, but I have waited for more than a month which should be sufficient. It seems like there has been a problem with the shipping since It hasn't arrived yet.
Could you please send it again or refund the money. Thank you.
