I don't know what EMS means. I've been in contact with the post office. They have told me that when a shipping arrives at spain, customs send to the addressee a "notice of arrival" signed by them. Then, there is a process and I have to give some information, attach the invoice and pay some money for customs charges. The problem is that they didn't sent me the "notice of arrival", which expired the february 7. So when I asked about the shipping, some days later, they told me that I would have to hire a person who can get it out because the "notice of arrival" had expired, and it would cost around 100 euros.
I don't know how nor why it's so difficult.
EMSが何を意味するのか分かりません。郵便局と連絡を取り合っていました。荷物がスペインに届くと、税関が「到着の連絡」を、彼らの署名付で、住所の居住者に送付すると言われました。その次には、私が彼らにいくつか情報を伝え、インボイスを添付し、関税をいくらか支払います。問題は、彼らが「到着の連絡」を送付してくれず、2月7日にその期限が切れたことです。何日か後に配送について尋ねたら、「到着の連絡」が期限切れのため、荷物を取り出すには誰かを雇わなくてはならず、約100ユーロかかるそうです。
どうしたらよいか、何でこんなに難しいのか、分かりません。
