・Reflection point
The inventory management was not functioned properly due to poor real-time inventory management, so our pre-fulfillment order cancel rate at less than 1% was not achieved.
This was the major cause of non-achievement.
From now on, we change the schedule of inventory check from weekly to daily and make sure the implementation of the real-time inventory management.
