また、商品が日本に戻ってきておりませんので、もしかするとメキシコ国内に残っている可能性がございますので、追跡番号をお近くの郵便局に伝えお荷物の状況を確認していただけるとありがたいです。

I am afraid to inform you that your orders have already completed cancelling process, so if you would like to have them, we would like to request you to place the order for them again; but please be informed that the package might not be delivered to you again once it arrives in Mexico we can avail is only by EMS (postal service).
In addition, we have not received the return yet in Japan, so please get in touch with your local post office and inquire about your package using the tracking number as it might still be remained in Mexico
