先日Cさんから頂いた書類の内容を確認したところ、前回領事による認証が拒否される理由となった”A”の記載（１行目）が修正されていないことに気づきました。
Ｃさんから頂いた書類には”A”の記載がありますが、これがあると「領事の前で宣言する」という意味になり、前回同様領事により申請が却下されてしまうのではないかと考えています。
添付のファイルについて、再度修正する必要がないかご確認頂けますでしょうか？

When I have reviewed the document inn details, which I have received from C san, I have noticed that the statement (the first row) in the “A” caused the consulate general to refuse the approval last time was not corrected.
The statement “A” in the document implies the meaning of “swearing an oath in from of the consulate general” which, I think, might lead to the refusal of application due to the same reason as last time.
Could you please review the attached file if the revision is required or not?
