3 (Agreement on mail monitoring while employed)
I understand that your company's information system and information assets all belongs to your company, and upon recognizing the need to protect your company's information system and information assets, I am in agreement and will subject my email to uninterrupted monitoring.
4 (Returning of confidential information upon resignation)
In the event that I resign from your company, I will return all your company's confidential information and recording mediums that I managed and/or possess prior to resignation to my manager.

If I have violated any provisions in this written oath that would incur damages to your company, then I promise that I will abide to this written oath and understand that there are legal disciplinary action such as a disciplinary dismissal, compensation claims, and criminal complaint will be filed against me.
