このサービスを提供しているところにお問い合わせをしたところ
「turn windows fuatuers」は利用できないようになっているそうです。
しかしこのappは別のパソコンでも起動できなかったので
別の原因があると思います。
ぜひこのappを使えるようにしてください。

I inquired the company providing this service, and their answer was that the “turn windows fuatures” is unusable.
