このサービスを提供しているところにお問い合わせをしたところ
「turn windows fuatuers」は利用できないようになっているそうです。
しかしこのappは別のパソコンでも起動できなかったので
別の原因があると思います。
ぜひこのappを使えるようにしてください。

However, I couldn't start this app with a different
computer, so I think there is an another problem.
