彼の回答では、我々の商品が販売できないのは年末年始の期間中だけで、まもなく解決するだろうということでしたが現在においてもまだ状況は変わっておりません

商品の販売ページを見ると+ shipping (currently unavailable)という文字が表示され、低価格に修正しても上部に表示されず最下部に我々のショップが表示されます。

We have received a response from Jack W. regarding the issue that we have not been able to sell items through our account. According to his response, the only period that we cannot sell our items is limited to the end of the year and beginning of the new year, and the issue should be solved sometime soon, however, we are still faced with the issue.

When we check our store page, "+ shipping (currently unavailable)" is indicated, and when we set the price to lower one, our store does not appear at the upper portion of the list, and still remains at the bottom.
