調理パンとは
調理パン(ちょうりパン)とは、通常のパン製造工程とは別に調理した具材を、乗せたり挟み込んで作られるパン。または、パン製造過程における加熱を、乗せた具材の調理に用いたパン。通常のパンに比べ、消費期限が短い。狭義の場合サンドイッチそのものを調理パンと呼ぶ場合もある。 主に惣菜パンと菓子パンの2種類に分けられる。
