当然、HTMLを自分で編集する必要があります。私は出来ました。
htaccessの変更は必要ありません。
2、3に関してはテンプレートが一緒だからかなりカスタマイズしないと駄目でしょう
どちらにせよ有料サポートの範囲だと思います
個人的にはタイトルタグがほとんどのページが一緒なので誰かにお願いしたいです。もちろん有料で。
以下の表示方法だとiPhoneなどでレイアウトが崩れそうですよね？
