内容を確認するとUnwanted item,Customer Damagedとなっている。
顧客が壊した商品に対して私が返金する必要があるのは何故ですか?
お問い合わせの商品AAを探しましたが残念ながら見つかりませんでした。代わりに同じ商品のバージョン違い(髪が金色)が1点だけ見つかりました。画像を添付してありますのでご確認下さい。
日本でも価格が高騰している商品で価格は750ドル(送料別)になる予定です。ご検討下さい。

I have received a reimbursement notice regarding the Order ID oo.
The reason resulted being "Unwanted Item, Customer Damaged".
Why do I have to reimburse an goods that were damaged by the customer?
I've searched for the article AA from the enquiry, but, I'm sorry to say, I haven't found it. Instead I found a different version of it (with golden hair). I have attached a picture of it, please check it out. The price is expected to be $750 (without shipping) due to a sudden price rise in Japan. Please consider it.

Why should I rerund money for customer's damaged?

Instead of them, I have found out only one same item but different color item (Blonde hair). Please refer to the attached image.
