オーダーID○○について私は返金通知を受け取った。
内容を確認するとUnwanted item,Customer Damagedとなっている。
顧客が壊した商品に対して私が返金する必要があるのは何故ですか?

お問い合わせの商品AAを探しましたが残念ながら見つかりませんでした。代わりに同じ商品のバージョン違い(髪が金色)が1点だけ見つかりました。画像を添付してありますのでご確認下さい。
日本でも価格が高騰している商品で価格は750ドル(送料別)になる予定です。ご検討下さい。

I have received a refund notification regarding order ID ○○.
After reading through the details, it appears to have become an Unwanted item,Customer Damaged.
Why is it that I have to process a refund when the customer damaged the item?

I have searched for the item AA that you enquired about. Unfortunately I could not find it. Instead, I found 1 unit of the same item in a different version (gold hair colour). Please refer to the attached image.
The price for this item is also increasing in Japan. The price is anticipated to be $750 (excluding shipping). Please do consider this offer.
