日本郵便に問い合わせましたところ、税関で止まっているようです。
通常、お届けできなかった場合は日本に荷物が返送になるのですが、それも無いようですので
年末年始の物流量増加で通関業務が間に合っていないようです。
ご不安にさせてしまって申し訳ないので、ご注文はキャンセルしましてamazonから返金処理をさせていただきます。

I inquired Japan Post, and found that it is stopped at customs.
Usually if we cannot deliver package, it is returned to Japan.
However, it has not been returned and customs is not working normally
due to increase of distribution amount at year end and year beginning.
We feel sorry to make you worried, and will cancel your order and refund from Amazon.
