If the Sales Proceeds from Your Transactions through either the WebStore Service or the Fulfillment by Amazon Service exceed the Insurance Threshold during each month over any period of three (3) consecutive months, or otherwise if requested by us, then within thirty (30) days thereafter, you will maintain at your expense throughout the remainder of the Term commercial general, umbrella and/or excess liability insurance with the Insurance Limits per occurrence/aggregate covering liabilities caused by or occurring in conjunction with the operation of your business, including products, products/completed operations and bodily injury, with policy(ies) naming Amazon and its assignees as additional insureds.
お客様の、WebStoreサービスまたはFulfillment by Amazonサービス経由での取引による売上額が、各月において連続する3か月間に保険の閾値を超える場合、もしくは、弊社により要求された場合には、それ以降、30日以内に一般商取引保険、お客様の事業、もしくは、お客様の製品、製品/完了した業務および対人賠償を含む事業の運営の事象毎の損害賠償保険限度額のある、もしくは一括して保障する包括および/または超過損害賠償保険をAmazonおよびその指定代理人を追加被保険者として指定する、一件もしくは複数の保険契約として、契約期間の残存期間を通じて、お客様の自己負担において維持する必要があります。
