First, use the red probe of multimeter to connect the 10 ohm resistor which is near the eight pin of KT90, and then use the black probe to contact the chassis.
And you will see the multimeter shows its data.
Then you can use a screwdriver to adjust the 33K adjustable resistor which is round and with blue colour until the multimeter shows 0.4V to 0.45V.
