内部統制担当との協議の結果、規則案につき再検討を頂きたくご連絡致しました。
そもそもこの規則の制定は、今年２月に当社グループ会社で横領事件が発生したことに起因し、JX金属グループ全体で実施されております。
全体を統括する内部統制担当者としては、「本規則は、（現地の法律に違反する等の理由により制定することが許されない場合でない限り）変更を加えることなく制定してもらいたい」と考えているとのことです。
