The “Fleurir” is the Japanese made acrylic product for the nail art. Yet there are some who do not know about the “Fleurir” in Thailand, but it is the big brand in Japan of which special educator is the Mr. Masahiro Matsuura as the special educator. Nothing can touch its beautiful color tone and controllability.
