I saw the tracking number.
I did not get the item, but it says the shipment was on 8/23 and the receipt was on 8/26.

I have confirmed the tracking number.
The buyer has been claiming for not to have received the item, but the item was shipped on Aug. 23 and the buyer had received it on Aug. 26.
What shall I do then?
I am confused with the claim.
