話を纏めますね。まず今まではの発送方法はGLSでよろしかったでしょうか？10/28に注文した商品は急いでいますので、今までと同じ発送方法でお願い致します。
また前回NPS12-5を追加しましたが、MAH18-7も追加して再度請求書をお送り下さい。今日中にお支払いします。
10/31の注文分はDHLで発送して頂きたいです。もし頂いた請求書の送料がDHLでしたらそのままお支払い致します。

I would like to briefly conclude what I want to say. First of all, were you satisfied with the shipment method of GLS? I would like to receive the item which I have ordered on 28 October as quickly as possible so can I kindly request you to ship it by the usual shipment method?
Also I have added the NPS12-5 last time, but can I ask you to send me the bill which includes MAH18-7?
I would be grateful if
you can ship the item which I have ordered on 31 October by DHL. If the shipment fee on the bill you have given me was DHL, I will pay as asked.
