誤解があるようなので経緯をご説明します。
最初に4ケース注文しました。
その後、新規の広告枠が抑えられたので、注文を7ケースに変更したつもりでした。

今回は一度に発送できないとのことなので、発送は3ケースでしたが、注文自体は7ケースなので、商品単価の修正をお願いした次第です。
こちらの説明不足で誤解を招いた事をお詫びします。
There seems misunderstanding, so I will explain what happened.
At first, I ordered four cases.
Afterwards new advertisement got restricted, I thought I changed the order to 7 cases.
Total order is 7 cases,
As I heard that delivery couldn't be done at a time, so delivery was 3cases while order is 7. That's why I asked to revise the unit proce of the goods.
I am sorry the misunderstanding my lack of explanation caused.
