下記の商品は、インボイスに記載されていましたが未入荷でした。申し訳ないのですが、春夏で生産しないサンプル品番はすべてキャンセルすることは、前回の商談で話しています。また、サンプルは販売することができません。お支払いですが、入荷した製品に関しては、今週手配させて頂きます。サンプルに関しては、キャンセルサンプルの返却を許可して頂きましたら早急に手配させて頂きます。

The invoice says the product below was in the shipment, though it was missing. Please excuse my saying this, but at the last meeting I have already told you to cancel those samples and I am not going to go for it in upcoming S/S collection. Also, we cannot sell samples. We will arrange remittance within this week only for what we received. We will arrange shipping canceled samples to you once you accept it.

The following items were listed on invoice but they were not arrived. We already told you in the last business talk but excuse to say that we cancel all the sample numbers that are not produced for spring and summer. And we can not sell the samples. We will arrange the payment within this week for arrived items. We will arrange immediately as you accept returning cancelled samples for samples concern.

Regarding items below, although those were written in the invoice, they have not arrived. Sorry but we talked that we will cancel all sample product number which we do not produce in spring and summer. Moreover, we cannot sell samples. We will arrange payment for the goods which has arrived within this week. Regarding samples, we will arrange to send back asap when you accept it.
