この写真のバッグの型番ご存知ですか？もし、ご存知なら、いくらであなたから買えるか教えてください。
発送の際は、declaration dispatch noteのtotal valueに実額を記載してください。
送料は多少高くなってもかまわないので、バッグの底がつぶれたりシワがはいったりしないように、底にだけでも何か詰めて送ってもらいたいのです。

If you know, please tell me how much I can buy it from you.
When you ship it, please write down the actual price of it in total value of declaration dispatch note.
It is no problem that the postage may be run up a little, I would like to pack up something at least with the bottom by shippment, because the bottom of the bag is destroyed or got winkled.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Do you know model number of this bag shown in the attached photo? If you know, please let me know the price that your offer for this bag.
Could I ask you, when you ship a package to me, to write actual value that I pay for the bag in total value field of declaration dispatch note?
I would also ask you to put cushioning materials at the bottom of the package so that bottom of the bag does not get squashed or get creased. I am happy to pay extra shipping cost for weight of the cushioning materials.
