Per our Terms of Service you are required to provide a merchant invoice so that we can obtain the USPPI information for the merchants you buy goods from when an EEI is required for the AES. Please review this in our Terms of Service: http://www.myus.com/en/terms-of-service/
The Member agrees to furnish the necessary information and complete and attach the necessary documents to comply with any applicable laws, rules and/or regulations, including notifying the United States Principal Party In Interest (“USPPI”), as defined by the United States Foreign Trade Regulations in every transaction generated by the Member.
