この度は、こちらのミスで出荷が遅れました事をお詫び申し上げます。
出荷方法Standardの場合、出荷から到着まで１４日から３０日かかるところ、出荷が遅れましたので、今回だけ特別にExpeditedで出荷させていただきました。
配送中に問題が無ければ、通常７日前後で到着すると思われます。
その他に、お詫びの品をお付けしましたので使っていただけると幸いです。

Our standard shipment takes 14 to 30 days to arrive from the shipment. However, this time we specially shipped by using "Expedited" because of our delay.
If the delivery proceeds smoothly, it will take about seven days for arrival.
We also sent just a small thing as our apology for the delay. We will be happy if you use it.

However, we delayed shipping and we shipped out by Expedited only this time as special.

The product has been shipped with “expedited shipping” just for this time since the shipping has been delayed already and “standard shipping” takes about 14-30 days to deliver.
The product should arrive in around 7 days regarding there is no issue during the shipment.
