We accept your offer since you will give us an additional order as a replacement for cancelling the order. We are sure you are aware of this but it troubles us to have order cancellations frequently. Please make sure you will not cancel orders from next time.
Regarding the order ID○○, we will separate them into two boxes and ship them tomorrow via EMS by Japan Post. A new contract will be required for UPS.
Please give us a month or two since we are negotiating the price with UPS right now.
We will wrap the items with a brown wrapping paper so it will not be possible to see inside.
We will write $50 on both of the invoices.
