I don't think this package will get held up in customs.
Since I sent it by SAL, we cannot track the location when it's outside of Japan. Usually It costs more than $10 to ship with a tracking number.
I wish they could decrease the fee for the translation license.
We could collect signatures and try to appeal to publishing companies. If it's like this, I can cooperate with you.
I thought about things I want from Paris, I want four of MONOPRIX's Ecobags.
