我々は御社の写真に従って商品を販売していました。
しかしこの商品は写真と商品名がマッチしていませんでした。
我々は上記の件をお客様から連絡をいただき、迅速に商品の取り下げ、お客様への返金を致しました。
しかし上記のような評価をいただきました。
これは非常に残念で、納得できません。
我々は今までの評価を見ていただければ分かる通り、お客様の満足を第一に取り組んでおります。評価の削除をお願い致します。
またこの商品情報を迅速に修正して下さい。他のセラー・バイヤーが同じ被害にあう可能性があります

We were selling the item based on the picture provided by your company.
However, the picture didn't match the item.
We were told from a customer about it and we deleted the item from the list and we refunded a money to the customer.
Despite that, we got this review that we have provided like the above.
We are really disappointed and cannot accept that.
If you look at our older reviews from customers, you will know our primary goal is customers satisfaction. Could you please delete the review?
Also, please correct the item information promptly. Other sellers/buyers may come across the same problem.
However, the picture didn't match the item.
We were told from a customer about it and we deleted the item from the list and we refunded a money to the customer.
Despite that, we got this review that we have provided like the above.

We were contacted by our customers regarding the matter mentioned above, and we quickly withdrew the products and processed the refunds to our customer.
