また、購入前に新品タグはついているか？とあなたに質問したところ
『付いている』とゆう返事でした。
ですが、タグもない。
どのような対処をしてくれますか？

There are some stains on a portion of the back cover and the caster has lots of nicks.
When I asked you before buying this, "Does it have a new-item tag?" you said "yes, it does."
But it doesn't.
How do you plan on dealing with this issue?
I am considering reporting you to eBay.

The part of the cover of the back has a stain, and the part of the caster is full of wounds.
There is a stain in the part of the back's lid and the caster's part is full of cuts.
