昨日、荷物を受け取りました。
しかしながら、コーヒーサービスの１５点の中の以下の４点にカケとヒビが出来ていました。
（カップ２個、ソーサー１枚、シュガーポットの本体）
食器は紙かビニールで梱包されており、梱包が不十分だったと感じています。
その他の品はとても綺麗で、気に入りましたが残念に思います。

I received the package yesterday.
However, 4 out of 15 coffee services had cracks. (2 cups, 1 saucer, and the sugar pot)
There plate-wares are lapped with papers and vinyls, and I believe it wasn't enough.
I am happy with others because they are beautiful, but I am very disappointed about them.

I feel that packing tableware with paper or vinyl is not sufficient.
