細長いダンボールのため、Headが端っこに片寄り、Head同士が当たってキズになると思われます。今後は四角のダンボールに入れて、Head同士が当たらないように、しっかり緩衝材を詰めてください。お手数をおかけしますが、日本の顧客はチェックが非常に厳しいのでご理解ください。あなたも、不具合が少なくなれば、損をしないと思います。どうかご協力を宜しくお願い致します。

I think the reason is in the packaging.
Since it was a long and narrow cardboard the head was inclined to the edge and right where the head was is where the damage is. From now on please put it in a square box with lots of cushioning so the head won't hit anything. I know this is a bother but please realize that Japanese customers are extremely picky in checking the details.You also won't have any losses if you reduce the number of problems they have. Thank you for your time.

In the future, please place the items in a square box and include ample cushioning so that the heads don't contact one another. I know it may be a hassle, but our high profile customers have a keen eye for perfection. Please understand. For you as well, the less trouble there is in this respect, the more you can avoid losses.
