先ほど、フェデックスの通関部から通関に関するハガキを受け取りましたが、土日は通関部が休みなので、月曜日に私から通関部へ連絡してみます。
私の推測ですが、小分けせずに同時にたくさんの数を出荷したので税関で荷物を止められた可能性があります。
また、何か分かれば連絡します。

I have received a memo from the customs department of FedEx a while ago. It states that I should contact them on Monday since the customs department will not be open during Saturdays and Sundays .
This is just my assumption, but since they ship a lot of items at the same time without dividing them, there would be a possibility that your package may be contained in the customs house.

A couple of hours ago, I received a letter regarding customs clearance from customs of Federal Express.
The customs is closed on Saturday and Sunday, and I will contact the customs on Monday.
In my estimate, the reason might be that I sent a number of packages at the same time without grouping them, and they were stopped at the customs.
I will let you know if I find more.

I’ve just received a mail from the Fedex custom department concerning the custom duty. But the department is closed on weekend, so I will contact them next Monday.
My guess is that we shipped many pieces at a time without dividing them in small units, so the custom office might stopped them.
