先ほど、フェデックスの通関部から通関に関するハガキを受け取りましたが、土日は通関部が休みなので、月曜日に私から通関部へ連絡してみます。
私の推測ですが、小分けせずに同時にたくさんの数を出荷したので税関で荷物を止められた可能性があります。
また、何か分かれば連絡します。

I have received a memo regarding the customs clearance from the Customs Clearance Department of FedEx a while ago. Since the Customs Clearance Department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, I will contact them on Monday.
