早速ギターを拝見しましたが、予想以上にとても素晴らしい木目のギターです。ただ、ブリッジの向きが逆になっていたのと、3弦側のペグのネジが緩くなっていてグラグラと動いてしまう状態で、ギターのネックも若干反っていました。これらはリペアマンに修理をお願いして元通りになると思いますので問題ないと思っています。ただ１つ残念な点があります。付属のハードケースが中古品の状態でした

I received the guitar yesterday. Thank you very much for the speedy shipment and the careful packaging. I am very satisfied with how you dealt with me.
I checked the guitar straight away and it is a guitar with a much better grain than I anticipated. However, the bridge was facing the wrong way and the third string's peg screw was loose, so it moved around a bit. The guitar neck was a little warped too. I can probably get a repair man to fix this, so I don't think it will be a problem. There is just one point I am a little disappointed with. The attached hard case was in a second hand condition.

表面にはたくさんのスレ跡と傷、革の剥れがあり、中の状態もかなり使いこまれておりました。私はこちらのギターに付属するハードケースは800や900シリーズに付属するハードケースだと思っていましたが、こちらのハードケースは300、400シリーズに付属するハードケースでした。このハードケースはこちらのギターのオリジナルの物でしょうか？
オリジナルだとしても状態が悪いので、可能であれば新品のハードケースと交換していただきたいのですが、それは可能でしょうか?

The outside of this guitar case is covered in slide marks and scratches, and the leather is peeling back. The inside also appears to be fairly used and worn. I thought that the hard case that comes with this guitar was the one from the 800 and 900 series. However this hard case is the one that comes with the 300 and 400 series. Is this really the original hard case that comes with this guitar? Even if it were the original, it's in bad condition so if possible I would like to exchange it for a new unused one. Would that be possible? I hope you sincerely consider my request.
