6月27日に注文したM2が顧客から返品されて来ました。
原因は商品サイズが違うからです。
このサイズはM1と同じです。
しかし素材はアルミニウムです。
M2は以下のサイズですよね？
今手元にあるM2は御社のホームページの中にはない規格の製品です。
写真を添付しました。
スペックの正しいM2を送って下さい。
W1の返送費用は最安のFedExで約$170です。
私の方で修理するのは難しいです。
しかし、詳しい手順が分かればなんとかなるかもしれません。
修理できる保証はできませんが。。
良い案ありますか？

The M2 I ordered on 6/27 was returned by my customer.
The reason was because the product size was different.
This size is the same as the M1.
But it's made from aluminum.
The M2 is the following size, right?
The M2 I currently have is not on your homepage.
I've attached photos for you to see.
Please send me an M2 with the correct specifications.
At the cheapest with FedEx it will cost about $170 to send the W1 back to you.
It would be difficult for me to repair it over here.
However I might be able to do something if you gave me detailed instructions.
But I can't promise that I can fix it...
