I was very happy to be able to purchase such a great item from you. However the item you sent me is damaged. As I was really looking forward to receiving it I am really upset.
I would like to receive a full refund for the price of the item, would you be able to do that? I know that it will take some effort on your part but I hope you can do this for me.
