Hi. I received 2 mattresses, but what I received were not packed individually, they were uncovered and roughly folded. The condition is described as "unopened". This series of items, if they are new, are packed individually. There is no value on the item for collectors if it's opened. You lied on the item description. I'm so disappointed and very upset. Either you make full refund and accept return or refund half of the amount and not ask for anything, choose what you'll do.
