アカウントが元の状態になりました。

ひとつ質問があります。
イギリスでのアカウントは復活しましたが、ドイツとフランスのアカウントがまだ停止したままです。
先日までは、全ての国のアカウントは復活し、出品することもできていたのですが、ドイツとフランスだけ再び停止されてしまいました。
理由を教えて頂けますか？私はドイツとフランスでも個別に改善計画を提出しなければなりませんか？
アカウントを復活させたいので、
問題解決していないことが他にあれば、教えてください。

I have a question.
My account in UK has been restored, but my accounts in Germany and France are still suspended.
All my accounts in all the countries had been restored and I could use them until the other day, but the accounts in Germany and France were suspended again.
Could you please let me know the reason why? Do I have to submit improvement plans respectively in Germany and France?
I would like to restore my accounts,
so please let me know any problem that has not been solved.
