御社に返品するのでお客様に新しいマシン一式を送ってください。
送料が多額になるということで、船便で送っています。
状態のアップデートはもうしばらくかかるのでしばらくお待ちください。

The problem on my side was settled.

One of my customers reported that the wire was cut down when he took off the cover from the machine.
He was angry and sent back the item to me.
It was a difficult or impossible operation for an amateur.
Can’t you understand that opening the cover causes trouble? Please don't ask me an operation that accompanies dismantling the machine.
I will send back the machine, so please send a new machine to the customer.
As the shipping charge would be expensive, I sent it off on the surface mail.
To update its condition will take some more time, so please wait for a little while.

He got angry about me and returned it.
It seems that the advice you gave him was difficult to do without the knowledge about. Did you not think about that? Please don’t advice any customer to do something involving to disassemble the machine.
Please send a set of new machine to the customer as I have returned the damaged one to your company.
I took the sea freight to save shipping charge.
Please wait for a while as I will ask any feedback from the customer.
