The customer has complained that the wire was broken apart upon removing the rear cover of machine.
He got angry about me and returned it.
It seems that the advice you gave him was difficult to do without the knowledge about. Did you not think about that? Please don’t advice any customer to do something involving to disassemble the machine.
Please send a set of new machine to the customer as I have returned the damaged one to your company.
