Thank you for preparing the original invoice
The number of carton was different between the first invoice and the last invoice. We chose to use air freight based on the weight and the number of carton stated in the first invoice. The choice would have been sea freight if we looked at the weight and the number of carton on the last statement. In future, please make sure you stated the correct weight and number from first invoice.
We are going to issue a letter of credit for order 1 and 2, expires on August 9th which is 10 days after the final ship out date of July 30th. If there’re any issues, please let us know. Changing the expiration date of the letter of credit will incur additional cost.

There was a difference in quantity of cartons between the first invoice and the latest invoice.
We selected the air freight based on the first invoice, but we should have selected the sea freight based on the quantity of cartons filled in the latest invoice.
Please be careful to make invoice from now on for correct weight and quantity.
We will raise L/C with expiry date on August 9 which is based on the departure date on July 30 with 10 days cruising time for the combined shipment of the purchase order 1 and 2.
Please let me know if there is a concern on this matter since the modification of expiry date for L/C requires some cost.
