Hi,Akiko.Im sorry to here about your problem.The only thing i can suggest is you use absorbent tissues to wipe the face,I have heard of this happening if they get too hot the silicone inside the head can cause this,If you are not happy doing that you can send her head back to me and i can see if i can fix it.it looks like some of the base paint has risen to the surface -- you might try dabbing it very gently with rubbing alcohol -- I am sorry this has happened -- if you have some odorless paint thinner that might work too. Please let me know how you make out -
