靴輸入に関しては、検査合格した商品のみが、店頭で販売することができます。従ってサンプル検査の段階で問題が発生して、オーダー発注後にバルク生産に関してメーカーとの確認し問題点を変更できない場合は、オーダーキャンセルというのがフーズ社内方針になっています。その為輸入代行にあたりまして問題点を防ぐために添付ファイルの取決めをしました。メーカーに対してこちらの方針を伝えること、この方針に従って対応できるメーカーかどうかを判断すること、量産の日程までを確認することです。

About importing shoes, only passed items can be sold at stores. As for import of shoes, only shoes that passed the trial can be sold at shops. Thus, when any problems are found at the step of trial for samples, we will check with the manufacturer on bulk production. If we could not solve the problem, we, Foods, have a company policy that we would order the cancel. For this reason, we have come to an agreement as an import agency which is described in the attached file to prevent troubles.
The agreement includes the followings:

We can sell the imported shoes once it has been qualified. Therefore, in case some issue was observed in the qualification process of the shoes sample and there is no solution to solve the issue by design change, even after we submitted a purchase order of mass production, we need to cancel the order in accordance with Fuse company's house rule. The attached file is prepared to confirm that we can avoid the concomitant issues, and that you can accept and operate in accordance with our rule, and the mass production schedule.
