先日学会への参加申し込みをした田中（TANAKA）です。
学生と確認できる書類・IDが必要とのメールをいただきました。
日本語の学生証でしたら、すぐお送りすることが出来ます。しかし、わかりにくいと思いますので、所属する大学へ英文での在籍証明書を発行してもらっていますが、1週間程度の日数がかかるそうです。
もうしばらくお待ちください。

I can send you my Japanese student ID right away. However, it might be difficult for you to tell, so I asked my university to issue my English student ID. Unfortunately, it will take a week to have it ready.

I got a mail from you saying that I had to prepare documents/ID for identification of my student status.
I can send the copy of my student identification written in Japanese rapidly. But I am afraid that you cannot understand it, so I asked my college to make a certificate of my student status written in English. But it will take some one week for me to get it.
So please wait for a little while.
