After that, I tried to delete the applicable items, but I just pushed the delete button, and failed to

As the report, we checked all products to make sure there was no the same kind of products.
After that, pertinent products were all delayed, but we just put the delete-button, and mistakenly failed to check the result whether the delete process was completed or not. (it couldn't delete all of them completely because of a systemic problem)
