再度、規則違反をしてしまい誠に申し訳ありません。
前回、以下のように報告をさせていただきました。

報告通り、全商品を確認し、同様の出品が無いか確認しました。その後、該当商品は削除処理を行ったのですが、削除ボタンを押すのみで削除された結果を確認することが漏れてしまっていました。（システム上の問題で削除しきれていなかったようです）。そのため、削除されたと思い込んでしまっていました。
誠に申し訳ありません。

今後は同様のことの無いよう、削除結果の確認までを徹底します。

I am very sorry to act contrary to rules again.
Last time, I reported to you as follows.

As I told you, we checked all items and examined whether there were same displays or not. On the basis of the examination, we took elimination treatment for other concerned items. Although the delete button was pressed on, however, the result of the deletion was not confirmed. (Due to the system error, the deletion seems to have not been completed.) The person in charge carelessly thought that he had done deletion correctly.
We are very sorry for that.

Hereafter, we will not make such an easy mistake; we will confirm the result of deletion for sure.
