また、返品いただくことは可能ですが、残念がら全額返金は未開封、もしくは初期不良のものに限らせていただいております。
私どもももう新品の製品として販売ができないため、通常のショップの規定同様、
返金の場合はご購入金額の半額が返金となります。

Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately we only carry an item with Japanese display.
You can return the item but unfortunately the full refund will be only processed for a unopend item or one with initial failure.
If the item is returned from you, we won't be able to sell it as a new item. So we'll refund you a half of the amount you paid due to our store's regulation.
